Privacy Policy

Information you give us. When you send one of our forms (contact, home valuation, guide request, listing inquiry or tour request), we receive what you enter: your email address and, depending on the form, your name, your phone number, your message, a property address, the guide you asked for, the listing you asked about and your preferred tour date, time and type. We also record which page the form was sent from.

Information collected automatically. Like any website, our hosting provider receives the technical information your browser sends with each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open. It is used to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Please do not send sensitive information, such as financial account or government ID numbers, through the forms.

You can use the site without an account. If you sign in to the Client Portal, we keep your email address and, if you add them, your name, phone number and what you are looking for. We also keep what you save and do in the portal: the homes you save, your private notes on them, your saved searches, the listings you viewed while signed in, and when you signed up and last visited.

You sign in with a one-time code we email to you; we do not use passwords. A cookie keeps you signed in on that device for up to 180 days after your last visit. Signing out removes it.

Vlad Bjelica sees your account details and activity so he can help you, and may contact you about the homes and searches you saved. Unless you turn email updates off, we email you when a new listing matches one of your saved searches or a home you saved changes price or status, only when that happens; every email has a link to change this or to unsubscribe.

You can change your details and email settings, or delete your account with everything in it, at any time in the portal. An account nobody has signed in to for three years is deleted automatically.

We use the information you send to answer your inquiry, arrange the tour or valuation you asked for, and follow up with you about the real estate services you are interested in.

If you give us your phone number, we use it only to contact you about your inquiry. We do not send automated marketing calls or text messages.

We also use information to run, secure and improve the website, to keep spam and abuse out of the forms, and to meet our legal and brokerage record-keeping obligations.

Saved listings (the heart button), recently viewed listings and your cookie choice are stored in your own browser. Unless you sign in to the Client Portal, they are not sent to us, and you can remove them at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser. When you are signed in, they are also kept in your account, and two cookies keep you signed in (see Client Portal accounts).

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Your inquiry goes to Vlad Bjelica and may be shared with Coldwell Banker Mason Morse where its brokerage policies require. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not give it to other companies for their own marketing.

We use service providers that handle information on our behalf: Hostinger (website hosting, the database that holds Client Portal accounts, and the mail server that delivers form submissions, sign-in codes and portal emails) and our email provider. They may use it only to provide their service to us.

Listing photos are loaded directly from the MLS data provider's photo servers, which receive your IP address when your browser requests a photo. Maps are provided by Google Maps: when a map loads, your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address and may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy.

Virtual tours are provided by the company the listing agent chose (for example Matterport, YouTube or Brightcove). When you open a tour, it loads from that company, which receives your IP address and may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or when it is needed to protect the rights or safety of others.

The website itself does not store form submissions. Each one is passed on to our email; the delivery service keeps a copy only for a limited period under its own settings. We keep inquiries as long as we need them to help you and as real estate record-keeping rules require, and then delete them.

Client Portal accounts are kept until you delete them, or for three years after your last visit. Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes and are deleted within a day.

The site is served only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect yours.

You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Send your request to the contact details below and we will answer within 45 days. We may keep information where the law requires us to.

Depending on where you live, privacy laws such as the Colorado Privacy Act may give you additional rights. We will honor them where they apply.

This website is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

The site links to other websites, such as Coldwell Banker Mason Morse and social networks. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

We may update this policy when the website or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
